Accepted payment
Your order has been registered and will be processed by our logistics department as soon as possible.
Under preparation
Your order is being prepared by our logistics team. It has not yet been delivered to the transporter.
The preparation time for your order is 48-72 hours.
It may take an additional 7-10 days depending on the period.
Shipped
Your package has been picked up by the carrier, delivery is in progress.
A confirmation containing your package's tracking number has been emailed to you.
You can track delivery progress on the carrier's website.
Have you returned an item ?
Return received
Your package has been received by our warehouse.
You will receive the refund by bank transfer within 15 working days.
