Description
Smooth chopping board with runners, format 600 x 400 x 20 mm, in HDPE and HACCP standard colours.
Excellent resistance to abrasion, designed for intensive use. Smooth surface allowing the blade to slide and limiting knife marks.
Suitable for food contact. Different HACCP colours available to avoid cross contamination. Red version recommended for red meat.
Runners guaranteeing the stability of the board in use.
Easy to clean, dishwasher safe.
Does not absorb moisture and does not retain the odours or flavours of cut products.
Also available in 400 x 300 mm or 600 x 400 format with channel and juice collector.
